December 28, 2023, FLY-O held the 2023 Annual Summary Meeting, which has the following agenda.

1.2023 Employee recognition and awards.
Robin praised the outstanding staffs for their excellent performance and good character, and gave them awards.

2.ISPO in Munich, Germany,Exhibition sharing.
Jacky explained to us the experience of exhibiting in Germany. There are many aspects that need to be improved in FLY-O. Only by learning more excellent and innovative technologies can we have better brand 

competitiveness.

3.FLY-O major achievements and problems in 2023.
At the meeting, Manager Duan summarized FLY-O's work achievements in the past year and analyzed the 

problems and challenges existing in the company. How to prevent and solve these problems, and look into the future work plan and goals.

4.Company Management Tutorial.
Robin explained the organizational structure of FLY-O company, analyzed the categories and functions of 

staff, and summarized four characteristics of strong working ability. He pioneered the idea of "calabash" and explained to staff how to analyze and solve problems, so as to prevent and avoid the second occurrence of mistakes.

5.Outlook and main work in 2024.
Robin summarized the main contents and highlights of the conference, expounds the prospect and expectation of FLY-O in the future, and encourages every staff to make persistent efforts and work hard together!
